Chilean-Ecuadorian. English and Japanese Translator and B.A. in Linguistics Applied to Translation of the University of Santiago of Chile (USACH). She is currently working on her thesis to be eligible for the degree of Master of International Studies of the Institute for Advanced Studies of USACH. She holds a Diploma in Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and Public Policies of the Henry Dunant Foundation, Santiago of Chile. She is the Associate Coordinator of the IHP Program: Foundations, Challenges and Advocacy that coordinates in Chile the Observatorio Ciudadano. She has worked in the fields of translation, interpreting, research and teaching. She is also Coordinator and Teacher of the Model United Nations Class of USACH that promotes active and global citizenship among students through simulations of international organizations. She is been related to different social and human rights advocacy organizations. Currently she is member of the Migrant Action Movement (Movimiento de Acción Migrante – MAM) and the Ecuadorian Group for Citizenship (Colectivo Ecuatoriano por la Ciudadanía – CEC).
